Return / Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Only DEFECTIVE products can be replaced. Returned items must be unopened (EX. plastic wrap), in the original condition and undamaged. Items that meet these guidelines can only be returned within 10 days after delivery, although shipping is nonrefundable. Return shipments should be insured and traceable. DRIFTING.com is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.  

Correct Shipping Address

Also, you are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If you provide us with an incorrect shipping address you will not be refunded and we are not responsible for the recovery of the shipment.

Receiving an Order (Guidelines) 

Inspect the contents and condition of each product when it has been received.  Damaged or missing products must be reported within 3 business days from the time that the product was delivered.  

Damaged Package

You must report any damaged packages to the carrier and DRIFTING.com before unpacking. Also, kept all packaging.

Unpacking

Carefully unpack each product and do not damage the product packaging.   



INTERNATIONAL Orders

Some orders may include duties and taxes that are added when the shipment enters the designated country. These charges are the customers responsibility. Also, DRIFTING.com cannot estimate the additional fees. You should contact your local customs and post office for more information.

Damaged or Defective Items

First contact the manufacturer to inquire about having a product shipped directly to you. When you contact the manufacturer you need to notify DRIFTING.com (orders@drifting.com) the same day.
